The Chargers are in LA for a long time. They are Stan's tenants and he always wanted a tenant because his interest isn't in being the only LA team, his interest is in having two LA teams playing and drawing people to Stan's World.
The Raiders, meanwhile are moving to Las Vegas where they'll build them a $2 billion stadium. It's a good fit for the Raiders and it's a done deal.
