McVay is still trying to hire his assistants.
Only after that can they all collaborate and evaluate their personnel.
And only then can they get a glimmer of preliminary plans for an Offense.
I'm sure a playbook exist that Goff could be studying, especially the verbiage and what not..something for him to get a head start on.....
McVay is going to be running the offense, so it's not like a new OC is going to change anything.
