What a joke...multi-billion dollar industry, but god forbid the players actually have a chance to get better....

This is such a bad idea on so many levels.

Puts teams with coaching changes in a very tough spot.

Read an article the other day about why Gruden didn't want to come back to coaching. The new CBA and its restrictions were the main culprit. I can see why...it's a joke.
