I think it's obvious what he is.
He has been in on the football side, the PR side, and the business side.
He is kind of a junior "gofer" version of a team president.
Team presidents throughout the league routinely take on a lot of the tasks he does.
But he doesn't have the position or gravitas of a team president. It's more like he's the busy, trusted chief assistant to a team president who doesnt exist.
