I think this year it will be all about Goff.
And McVay wants as much control over Goff as possible even at the expense of other facets of the team on game day. He was talking like Wade will have total control of the defense and he will be focused on the offense. McVay is able to rely on Bones to manage the STs on game day.
And isn't it interesting that Wade and Bones have more HC experience than McVay.
