we know there was some altercation that got out of hand but dont know exactly what happened. it happens from time to time in life. that being said...he was still wrong and the matter was dealt with effectively for the parties involved. i would be more concerned with this was a pattern of behavior. to my knowledge it is not. if new evidence comes out that it was/is a pattern, then my opinion would change based on the new information.
