That was awful but it did confirm my suspicions.
The Washington Redskins players loved Sean McVay because he acted like one of them.
Sean these are your players not your friends, you needed to establish the demarcation straight away.
You don't go jumping in someone's arms like a love sick puppy.
Does anyone think Gruden, Belichick, Andy Reid or Mike McCarthy would do that on first meeting?
No they wouldn't because they're adults and understand what it means to be leaders.
I would much rather be respected than liked.
