I think that's a sort of leap in logic

We have no idea about Snead as a football guy. NO IDEA. As in nobody knows enough, and certainly that is close to nothing, about how he will do or even has enough of an idea about how players/staff/etc feel about him or how he is respected or disliked or whatever. And we don't know exactly how he will do building a roster on his own either.

He's a big question mark.

Now if you want to say that you don't trust him because Demoff, meaning Kroenke, kept him around you can make a case..........they know what's what with Snead and what he is and isn't.

So did they get it right when they decided to take a young HC and keep Snead? We don't know. It's fair to be both optimistic and pessimistic, but there is no guarantee they got it wrong ..........yet.

I won't say much as far as the HC, I'm not that enamored with that position as most. But keeping Snead was IMO probably a good move.

We shall see.
