You've got to be totally incompetent if you don't provide a 30 year old rookie HC with a strong experience GM to support him.
I really like McVay, but he's gonna fall apart on his own. And Snead is not the answer.
If the Rams just bring in some guys to help out Snead that is a major mistake. Snead needs to be pushed down in the hierarchy or better yet jettisoned.
I understand that Demoff wants to focus on the new stadium and financials. That's great. But if he leaves McVay with Snead being the senior football guy then it's a huge fail.
