Honestly I feel bad for Charger fans. I was surprised to find that nobody in LA wants them here. As much as the Rams are terrible, for some reason, whether it be the history or the fact that they came first, or both... everybody is on board with the Rams and most are saying "they'll be good by the time the stadium is built".
And at the same time they are like "why are the chargers coming here??".
And yes, the Clipper comparisons are being made.
I would prefer they just not come but I guess I'm glad the consensus is that the Rams are now LA's team.
I do worry a little about the "what if the Chargers go 11-5 and Rams go 5-11", but I think as long as the Rams have SOME success in the next few years they will still be thought of as the primary team.
