That doesn't mean they are never wrong per se only that they may have never given the person accessing the source inaccurate information.
talk to any cop and they have their favorite confidential informant (CI) and they are usually that way because what they say is gold.
I took what LA was saying that way ----- of course, if you take it to mean that this person has never been wrong in their life, then that's another story obviously.
