Letting his ego get in the way of clear thinking?!!

The defense was already good, the offense was a dumpster fire...yet he goes and hires a defensive coordinator of one of the worst defenses as the HC? Then dumps the DC that led the Super Bowl winning team?

It will be interesting to see what happens to this team going forward, but I just don't get what Elway is doing here?
