Faulk probably ought to be a GM. I just think he's got too much money and a nice life to want the grind (kind of like Jon Gruden).
The guy has a football mind, is sharp, speaks his mind and is quite thoughtful. Pretty pragmatic.

Doesn't it give you comfort that Faulk was personally involved and endorsed this guy? While I'm still skeptical (it is the Rams, after all), this helps give me a bit of comfort.
