So some have been able to do it while others not so much. While I don't recall Luck having an issue with his motion I'll take your word for it though it certainly did not hurt his production.
Let me put it this way, the #1 overall pick who had a horrendous rookie year (yes I know Jeff Fisher caused ALL of his issues for those waiting to reply as such) and now the new coach saying his mechanics need tweaked...to me spells a guy who was over-drafted.
