Other than Wade is the rest of the staff going to be filled with newbies?
His choice for OC was an o-line coach for 20 years!
My other biggest concern before McVay was hired was if he would have the ability/reputation/resources to pull in a competent staff that would be better than 2nd and 3rd tier level unknowns just happy to get a job/promotion.
Wade will likely be his biggest catch but until I see the entire staff McVay manages to bring to the table, this is a good question that comes with lots of caution/concern.
I realize he can always remove and add coaches after his first season as HC but surely he wants to get the best and available choices in his first go around.
