Just don't see how or why Demoff would have any say in personnel decisions....it's not his forte nor his place. He's got other issues to deal with besides scouting at this point.

I think Snead was staying regardless of who they brought in IMO.

Certainly Demoff is going to want to be aware of all personnel moves made prior to them being made. It has nothing to do with him scouting lol.

Demoff was going to do everything in his power to keep Snead. Only way he wouldn't is if they hired a big name Gruden or Harbaugh type and they were adamant about bringing in a new GM. That was a long shot to begin with though. None of those big names were even available.
