Clearly Demoff is running the show overall.
But I was more wondering about control over personnel. Surely Demoff won’t be the voice with the most sway in actually constructing the football team. Right?
No but remember Les is his right hand yes man and Demoff will want to be involved with all personnel moves for his football team. He loves the game and wants to be a part of building his team. I think he lets Les off the leash for the most part but big FA signings and high drafts picks will certainly go through him before they are made.
