I keep seeing you post that u want Snead to stay. What has he done in your eyes that makes u think he deserves to stay? To me, he's hit on 4 players. Donald, Jenkins, Gurley and Hekker. That's with a ton of picks. I just don't think he deserves it and would like the Rams to move on.
Brockers is a hit, Jenkins was a hit, though losing him was bungled, Tru was a 3rd round hit, GZ a 6th round hit, AO and McD are starters, jury out on others, but when compared to NFL hit rate...he's done okay. It's just that GRob and a couple of other things taint him
but you want to see failure, look at 2006-2008 drafts. got one guy---
Don't forget McCleod and Joyner also.....I'd say he's had a pretty good success rate compared to most GM's....then again, we don't really know the dynamic between him and Fisher during those drafts and we all know who really had final call.
a good unbiased comparison of hits and missed.
First, hits would have to be defined. Is it a starter? and AllPro? Pro Bowler? We DO lack those, but we've had guys who had pro bowl type years, but on poor team they lose out.
I get that people are down on some of the players, but we don't know if Hav and Donnell and Brown can be players or not. GoRob seems lost cause, but they won't dump him, maybe move to guard....
but I have never really seen a good comparison except for Pro Football reference and hey use their "AV" system, but I don't want to go through all 32 teams since 2012 to count up the point totals.
