His name just doesn't seem to be mentioned in any of these teams coaching searches and considering what he's doing in Pittsburgh with that offense and his experience it's kinda weird.

I've heard things about him being a bit of a hot head and having some fall outs with other teams, wondering if that's what's keeping his name out of teams interview list???
