M Patricia intrigues me more and more, as well. Can he hire top notch OC and DC, though? With his smarts and attention to detail he just might be the most CEO type HC personality.
Is there any known reason to think that Gregg Williams couldn't work for or with any of those 5 youngsters? Anybody?

Patricia's personality and voice tone doesn't come across as anything special but I watched these to see if I could get any kind of read or feeling... Honestly nothing struck gold for me.. pun intended to our friend (la)

I have him 1 on my A_List because he's the most unique and seems to be Bill Belichick's under the radar right hand man for more than a few years running.. My list was more of who I think the Rams top short list of 4 is minus KS.
I'm not saying the Rams have him number 1 or that he's their favorite to be hired. I do believe 1 of the 4 that I listed will be the eventual HC.
As far as G.Williams goes? I have lost most of my interest for him as the Rams DC. I'm preferring he's doesn't come back and that the new HC has his own DC options in mind.
If the new HC agrees to bring G.Williams back in 2017, I hope it's only because the top 2 guys he had in mind for the DC position were not available for hiring.
