Lots of people want to blame him for the roster but they forget he DID NOT have say so. He made recommendations and put his choices/opinions in front of Fisher. There were discussions about what to do but Fisher made the call.

I'd keep him around to see how he grows into the job and for his ability to put together deals on draft day.

IMO he's worth keeping.
