Echo this ... he doesn't look comfortable kicksliding all over the place ... he panics .. hence the lunging and overextending.
Slowly, my college scouting has started to focus on an OTs kickslide first more than anything else. If that's good the rest of his form is usually decent, then it's just about punch and mental acuity.
