If the new regime keeps Grob at LT after watching film ... I for one will be speechless. He can't play a lick, has no heart, has no guts, and the potential to get the QB killed on every single pass play.

Either cut him or see if he can do a serviceable job at G. I would cut him and take the cap hit. He's not someone I want on my football team period.
