Why are we blaming G Rob?

He didn't ask to be here he was drafted by Snead and Fisher. If you want to blame anyone for this situation the blame should be placed on the organization. He is obviously not a good player and might not ever be. He was over drafted and after 3 years of extremely poor play it's become evident that he probably shouldn't have been drafted at all and if so certainly not at 2. But I put this squarely on Fisher and Snead and moreso on Snead with his Auburn colored glasses. They also drafted Mason who has turned out to be mentally unstable. Both players though very athletic and capable do not have the mental ability to play in the NFL. Mason has troubles beyond the football field and G Rob doesn't have the ability to learn and put into practice all the things that he has been taught. So the way I see it neither one of these picks are to blame. I think the decision makers in the organization are responsible for the screening process and for drafting individuals who just don't have or cannot learn how to translate what they learn to the field.
