I don't think it will take that...I bet if it was just a poll with getting Payton for a 3rd or 4th it would have swung the other way.
A couple weeks ago there was a thread that asked who do you want as HC...Gruden was leading with10 votes , the next closest was kyle Shanahan at 6 votes.
