I agree it was probably recognition that he was the most respected coach in the building. And I do hope he returns. He's done a fabulous job with their ST and I think is one of the few coaches that can motivate and demand accountability.

I'm in the minority here but if the new HC wants him I'd have no problem bringing Gregg Williams back as DC. And I'd like to keep Waufle as DL coach.
