When dysfunctional comes out of players mouths, then it tells me that the inmates were running the prison.

Fisher let it go, put blinders on...........There was no accountability and it showed on the field.......It really showed.

To me, we are a "quick fix" team......Discipline works wonders for athletes. It really turns things around in a hurry when you have players pay attention to detail.
