But the fact that Snead was not summarily dismissed MIGHT mean that Demoff and Kroenke know that behind the scenes, it was Fisher pulling the strings and making the draft day decisions. It was Fisher making almost all personnel decisions and roster decisions.
Maybe that's not the case and it is something else entirely. But it seems to me that if they thought that Snead had made some bad choices, then they would have been just as quick to fire him and replace him with somebody else.
Why would you hang on to a guy to do player evaluations if you don't have confidence in him and plan on making a change?
