Being comfortable in his skin as a leader among a staff of coaches that hopefully would include coaches that might replace him if he fails is one good example. Being able to work with people who challenge him without getting all butthurt is another key, and the reason I list that is the rumors I keep hearing about him having conflicts with people. How he speaks in front of a team and handles himself and the inevitable adversity he will face early and often here in LA. Pressure from the media as he has to take all the press conferences and deal with any BS that pops up.

His Dad isn't going to be able to help him all that much tbh. It will be nice if he's around as a sounding board, sure, but that's about where it ends.
