The job openings for Head Coachs starting to sound like Free Agency

This worries me as the Rams organization has been particularly slow on seemingly non-interested during free agency in recent years.
The Rams are going to need to act fast in making an offer to the best candidate. Or they can by pass all that and trade for a coach.

The Rams need to get into a winning situation as soon as possible and picking the right head coach is going to be key to how this franchise does over the next decade. They cannot afford to screw this up.
