The stars aligned for him to land the job he has wanted since he was young. Why would he leave now? Maybe if things fell apart I could see it but he's had success at Michigan so why leave when things are OK? It makes no sense.
Just throwing a few extra million isn't always going to move someone. I don't know why his name keeps coming up among fans other than they think he is some amazing HC. His last year in SF wasn't good and the discord he brings is as bad as Martz.
