Same deal with Saban who I believe was quoted recently that he had dealt with NFL interest and passed. When a guy like Stan Kroenke is interested in you or calls you outright you talk to him. Harbaugh is no fool, and yes the face he shows the media is a different deal.
I do think he passed on the job, since their season is over and we would have heard something by now most likely. But I don't believe for a minute he would blow off Kroenke.
