1. He came from a spread offense so there is a huge learning curve
2. He is really young 21, he is still physically maturing
3. The coaching staff did not design offense around his strengths
There are a lot of positives but there is also a lot of projection. Problem with Fisher/Snead is they are always looking long term not for the current season's success.
They took to many high potential guys that they knew would need development: Goff, Robinson, Quick versus really good more sure types such as Wentz, Mattews & Jefferies.
