He knew the offence had better rapport with Britt and Kendricks and mostly read the defence well.
Made some poor thoughts against the Giants and Buffalo but for a while he and Britt where just about the elements that where working on offence.
Really good guy, bright guy who might have coaching in his future ala Kubiak.
