He came into the league with minimum experience blocking. A young guy that played on a team that dominated with physical athletes.

The problem is in the NFL, they are all great athletes so now he has to have substance as a player.

He did not have any substance. Just a big athletic guy trying to play football. In college, he just bullied people. Can't do that in the pro's. Need to be a player.

Hence, a horrific draft pick from the start. I would have felt it was bad pick unless he turned out to be Orlando Pace #2, but he is more like Alex Barron #2 with a slightly better attitude.

Those high picks better be somebody who touches the ball or rushes the passer unless it is an Orlando Pace quality.
