When you take a new coaching gig, you *KNOW* that you're walking into a situation (unless it's a retirement?) where things are bad, the culture is losing, players aren't delivering etc etc. But we have an O and a D player who were rookies of the year and I don't think that's a fluke.

I think coaches will still want to come here, knowing that ANY HC job they take will be because the team is pretty bad.
