If there was a lure IMO it would be a roster that probably needs heavy tinkering but not rebuilding. Most of the coaching vacancies are there because a team has to be mostly or totally rebuilt. This one just needs a retooling. It won't be nearly as much work to turn this team into a 10 game winner and playoff team as it will most other teams that are firing a HC/staff and starting over.
I think the chance to win very soon would be the lure.
