This 49er team is the WORST defense in the NFL hands down, they are historically bad. They are dead last giving up 425 yards per game, 25 more than Cleveland the next closest team. They are dead last in rushing yards per game giving up 176 yards per game about 20 yards more than Cleveland.

Goff was 11-24 for 90 yards with 2 INTs and Gurley rushed 23 times for 67 yards against THIS defense. How is this possible???? The Rams mustered 177 yards of offense against the WORST defense in the NFL that gives up 425 a game. I think this is officially the WORST Ram offense in my lifetime, and that is saying alot. Man, this has to be a low point doesn't it?

And obviously Goff is young and doesn't have much to work with around him, but the fact that this offense might actually be worse with him compared to Keenum is pretty scary. He certainly isn't elevating the offense, that's for certain.

I just don't know where we go from here, offensively I keep thinking it can't get any worse, but this team continues to prove me wrong.

Is there really a coach out there that can get this offense fixed to the point of being semi-competent in the near future? Seems like a very tall order.

I agree with everything you say above. I can't remember having such a hard time getting through a Rams game, and I've been a fan going on fifty years.

Never thought I'd say it, but it's almost time to get out the paper bags, like the old Aints fans, back in the day. Just terrible.

Then, again, I'm hooked for life, so I'll be watching in 2017, hoping there's an end to the train wrecks.

Hope all is well, Sacram.

To my point about Boras Hekker has more yards punting than the Rams O has
