The 49ers may have a really, really bad defense. But the Rams also have a really, really bad offense.
Pretty much comes from the top on down. I don't think Boras is a real NFL offensive coordinator. The Rams OL has actually gotten worse from last year. Gurley seems to have lost the burst and acceleration he displayed last season.
And the WR corps are just simply bad. Add that all up, and Goff really doesn't have much of a chance back there.
They need better coaching AND better players on that side of the ball.
