Walsh was a very headstrong man who had his own ideas of what he wanted to accomplish.

Walsh with the Rams would have been a tussle to draft Joe in the 3rd.

He had that latitude in SF.

I've heard the story a million times if I've heard it once.

IMO there would have been a clash of philosophies in LA.
