he wouldn't be a "dynamic" guy, built for LA. He is a coach not married to one scheme, is a CEO type in terms of that, but is a great game coach, fundamentals, no turnovers, no dumb penalties, a discipline guy

Would be kind of coach needed, but wouldn't likely be considered for LA/
