He is the first one that needs to be re-assigned, yet he is still one of the main guys leading the Rams new head coach search.
Kroenke needs to hire a Ron Wolf type guy first and then everything will fall into place from there. It all starts up top.
It still appears that they are doing things backwards.
Seeing is believing. They have already failed and have yet to show the moves they need to make. We have no choice but to be patient and hope for the best, but I wont become a believer until I start seeing things moving in the right direction. I`ll give them credit for starting by firing Fisher, although to many of us here that move came later than it should have. They bought into Fisher`s BS. That alone scares me.
