My feelings have been very clear on Fisher, I absolutely loathed him as the coach of the team, but I look at this roster and its BAD.
This team is loaded with BAD football players.
Stocking the roster is the GM's job, therefore he failed miserably.

I understand your stance and thinking, but Demoff may not hold Snead accountable for many of those draft picks like you and many others are. He may feel Snead was severely handcuffed by Fisher and not able to fill the roster his way. That in it's own is a problem IMO since it was Demoff and Kroenke that gave Fisher all that control to begin with.
I honestly don't feel there is any fair way to evaluate Snead as a GM because IMO he never was one and always looked for Fisher type players in the draft and Fisher more than likely made most of the final calls on the day 1 and 2 draft picks. And Fisher and HIS coaching staff were responsible for developing these players.
I do feel the Rams could upgrade the GM position but they may leave it be and are comfortable with Snead. Interesting days ahead. I think Snead stays if they go hire a guy like Kyle Shanahan.
