Don't forget that under Frontiere the Rams lost the first five years they were in St. Louis and then had a 5 year reprieve and then lost again for over a decade.
Don't forget that after the Rams lost to the 49ers in the 1989 NFC Title game from 1990 until 1994 they were losers. So if you count that time period then its 9 years of losing before they finally turned it around in 1999.
My God they have only had 5 years of Winning in the last 26 years!!! And only now they are a punchline?
