He may have to do without the big names, though. Harbaugh is making $9 million a year and is only 2 years into a job that, realistically, could last forever. Saban is in essentially the same boat. Carroll would cost more than the Rams have in trade and that assumes Seahawks would agree. I just don't think SK can get those big names. Ultimately, it's not about the flash on day one but flash on all the days the follow. I think SK can sacrifice day one flash for the long haul.
