They either have to hire a proven winner like Harbaugh or they have to hire a GM like Polian and have him pick the HC.
If Kroenke and Demoff hire a young hotshot unproven HC themselves they might as well use a dart board or just the same take a poll of this board and let us decide.
I have no faith that either of those is equipped to pick the right man.
It's good news, bad news. Good news is they're moving on from Fisher. Bad news is the guys choosing the new coach might not have a clue of what they're doing.
