Again, blowing things up is easy....BUILDING teams is HARD and time consuming and hard to judge until the HC gets all his staff, scouts and players in place to run their schemes....giving that there will be mistakes in player personnel along the way as with every team.
It's very likely, another long re-build with losing a central component until our new HC gets what he needs. So...what 2-3yrs until they have drafted/signed new personnel for the schemes & the new staff is comfortable/knows the players and how to utilize them best.
I'm glad we're a patient group of fans, tho!
Well, the new coach is going to have a lot more to work with than Fisher did when he was hired.
But if Goff is a bust, the Rams will get worse before they get better. They sacrificed draft picks, and they are going to lose some good players to FA.
