I was simply posting re a radio interview. Michael Lombardi has been heavily involved with many successful
and unsuccessful organizations in the NFL. I was especially interested in his take on what he has seen in the good organizations, how they are made up, how they are run, and how that translates into being consistently competitive. He hopes to see that in the Rams but for years it hasn't been there. Simply plugging in a coach or drafting a number one qb is trying to compete from the bottom up when the really consistent winners work from the top down.
