I like Snead and thought Trader Les did a a great job maneuvering up and down the draft BUT..... Personnel matters and draft day player choices, have proven to be very abysmal more often than not..

Bad coaching and poor player development is another story.

With Les and Jeff's almost 5 year history there were too many failures. For every good Free Agent signed or quality draft selection made, there were too many WTF you chose that player at that round memories..

I'm all aboard giving Les his walking papers and I would be stunned if he's still the GM one day after the Rams last game ends.

DID THIS REALLY HAPPEN TODAY?....... On this Monday, from the minute I woke up, it was as miserable as one could be at work and then suddenly out of the blue approximately 15 minutes after my lunch ended, several coworkers rushed to my desk with the breaking news.

"Jeff Fisher News".... A miserable Monday has turned into a joyful rush of adrenaline and elation.
