and having to get all the scouts etc in place and those new scouts know what the new coaches are wanting?
I think it matters, cuz that stuff takes time to get the feeling for eachother(scouts/coaches) however, it can lead to blown draft picks.
I don't know if it does...just that there might be a higher chance that it might as they have to scramble early on. I think we kinda whiffed some of those 2012 picks when it was all new to Snead and he didn't have all
his scouts in place.
I just don't know who is gonna fill this void that has the juice/excitement and bona fides if not a guy like JimHarbough
(which I do not think they will get - and even if we DO get him...he'll be out after rubbing everyone the wrong way in 4-5yrs!!) lol
